Grow wild with NatureCity Festival!

NatureCity Festival is a week-long festival featuring +60 events to help you discover, explore and experience nature in Saskatoon!

From May 21-26 we are spending some quality time with our wild neighbours. Whether in your backyard or along the Meewasin Valley trails, Saskatoon is bursting with life. Crocuses welcome the spring’s first bees -- foxes give birth to their pups – birds return in a rush -- and we are thrilled to have company.

NatureCity Festival is a DIY community-based event funded by willing donors and created by passionate volunteers. Come outdoors with us! Take a walk on the wild side of Saskatoon!

This year we are grabbing our binoculars, hand lenses, and cell phones to bring you a celebration of citizen science!  Help map our urban woodlands and contribute knowledge we need to create a nature-friendly city.
