UNIVERSITY CELEBRATES FESTIVAL SCHOOL PROGRAM

At the U of S Prairie Habitat Garden over 400 students attend NatureCity Festival events - free of charge — to learn about wild spaces.

As part of our countdown to NatureCity Festival, Vice-Provost Teaching and Learning Patti McDougall, Professor of Geography Ryan Walker, Assistant Professor Janet McVittie and Land Based Educator Tennille Bear spoke to the importance of wild spaces as places for hands-on learning.

Our 2019 School Program will be released soon - watch for it here. And be sure to share your sightings of our foxes at the University of Saskatchewan!

This event was hosted in partnership with the University of Saskatchewan's Office of Sustainability.
